WATERBOM BALI

LOCATION: Kuta/Tuban

PROPERTY SIZE: 3.8 ha / 38,000 m2

PROPERTY INFORMATION:
Asia’s Number 1 award winning Waterpark with 50% tropical gardens, shaded pools and world class waterslides. Waterbom Bali is a lush oasis in Kuta, Bali and is striving to become the most environmental friendly waterpark in the world.

Eco-Toolkit: Energy, water and waste audits to identify appropriate solutions to increase efficiency, reduce environmental impact and quantify and implement financial savings.

AYUNG RESORT

LOCATION:  Payangan / Ubud

PROPERTY INFORMATION:
The Ayung Resort Ubud is a 5-star luxury resort. It is nestled in the lush tropical rain forest along the banks of The Ayung River. The Resort finished completion in 2014.

PROPERTY INFORMATION:

SUMBA HOSPITALITY FOUNDATION

LOCATION:  Desa Karuni / Sumba Barat

PROPERTY SIZE:  5 Ha / 50,000 m2

PROPERTY INFORMATION:
A school, a farm, a hotel and restaurant; designed as an environmental showcase and self-sufficient property. Completely off grid, Solar power, rain water catchments, composting and waste separation. The property sets a standard for the up and coming tourism development of Sumba.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
MEP Design and Conceptualization: Remodeled initial resource consumption models for energy and water. Modelling allowed for optimization of systems sizing for water storage, heating, cooling and power generation, storage and backup.ed solutions. Financing using ESCO model.

GRAND GILI ECO RESORT

LOCATION:  Gili Air / Lombok Utara

PROPERTY SIZE: 38 Ara / 3800 m2

PROPERTY INFORMATION:
8 luxury bamboo and recycled boat wood villas showcasing state of art sustainable development with a low environmental footprint. Modern sewage treatment, 100% water reuse, high energy efficiency and onsite waste management, composting and sustainable sourcing strategies. Set to finish end of 2017.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
MEP Design and Conceptualization: Efficient resource consumption models for energy and water. Optimization for systems sizing and efficiency for water (production, storage, heating, use and recycling), HVAC (cooling & ventilation), power consumption and backup and on site waste management. All systems put in place considered efficiency, financial feasibility and minimal environmental impact.
